Low-Cost Grease Disposal
Viridia works with grease haulers that transport grease trap waste from restaurants and food processing centers to Viridia’s FOG Extraction Facility, where it is quickly and easily isolated and removed from the waste stream before entering the wastewater treatment plant. Viridia offers grease haulers a “closer, cheaper” option for a safe method of disposing of their grease.
Finished Brown Grease
Through its unique process, Viridia Energy produces finished brown grease, an environmentally sound substitute for traditional bunker grade petroleum fuels – helping reduce our dependence on foreign fossil fuels while protecting our environment.
This grease can be sold directly as a commodity or green bunker fuel replacement, or blended with other oils for further refining.
