Wayne has more than 35 years of executive management, marketing, technical and financial experience, and brings an extensive background in product development and production to Viridia Energy. Having established an extensive technical background with RCA in the early 70s, Wayne moved to DPF and into the financial and tax-structuring field – including utilizing leasing as the core vehicle for multimillion-dollar tax deferrals. In the 1980s, Wayne cofounded The Tax Strategy Group and continued the development of structured financial vehicles utilizing lease capitalization and alternative capital structures for corporate infrastructure development. Mr. Curry holds over 70 patents, and has a number of development projects in his background.
